PRESENTATION ON THE COMMUNITY MAPS CRASH APPLICATION BY RICK OLIG, OF OLIG CONSULTING, LAW ENFORCEMENT LIAISON/CONSULTANT FOR WISDOT Over the last couple of years a few mapping applications have been developed to help identify crash trends. This is one that the state of Wisconsin developed. These applications use the data from the Wisconsin traffic operations and safety laboratory which compiles the data from local law enforcement crash reports. This is the data I use to compile the crash reports. In lieu of recreating these reports annually, I am looking at some of these tools to report trends. STAFF STATEMENTS 3.
