1. Call to Order
Mr. BellCorelli called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Mr. Gohde introduce Mr.
Gierach from Public Works as the staff person who will be taking over the majority of
tasks that Mr. Gohde previously handled.
2. Approval of February 21,2019 Meeting Minutes
Mr. Stengel moved to approve February 21, 2019 meeting minutes and Mr. BellCorelli
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
3. BikeOsh 2019-Planning
Ms. Naudziunas discussed the event with the committee to be held on May 11, 2019.
The committee agreed to help collect donations from potential sponsors. Ms.
Naudziunas requested that the committee get as much accomplished by the April
meeting as possible.
4. Route & Sidewalk Prioritization 2019-Discussion
Mr. Gohde was present to discuss the sidewalk program with the committee. The
committee agreed to prioritize the same list as last year for the projects that did not get
implemented. Ms. Naudziunas presented the staff recommendations for route
prioritization with the primary project being Oakwood Road bike lanes. Ms. Redlin
made a motion to support the recommended list that staff presented and Mr. BellCorelli
second the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Bike and Pedestrian Master Plan Update
The committee reviewed the draft maps of the plan and provided comments and
feedback. Ms. Naudziunas explained that the last step in the update will be for the
committee review the final draft.
6. Agenda Items for the Future Meeting(s)
The committee expressed an interest in continuing to review chapters from the Bike and
Pedestrian Master Plan. Mr. Michaelson requested that the committee discuss the
highway 41 crossing at South Park Avenue as an area that needs pedestrian
improvements.
7. Adjournment
Mr. Rennert moved to adjourn the meeting and Mr. Brown seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously at 5:43 p.m.
