PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / CATAMARAN RACING
ASSOCIATION OF WISCONSIN (CRAW) / UTILIZE
MENOMINEE PARK NEAR THE BEACH HOUSE, MERRITT
AVENUE AND LAKE SHORE DRIVE FOR THE CRAZY CATS
REGATTA/JULY 5-7, 2019
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Catamaran Racing Association of Wisconsin (Dale
Eigenberger) to utilize Menominee Park near the Beach House, Merritt Avenue and Lake
Shore Drive on Friday, July 5, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Sunday,July 7, 2019
(actual event time include: July 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;July 6 from 10:00 a.m.to 5:00
p.m.; and July 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for the Crazy Cats Regatta event in
accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following
exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.

WI,54902. All applications must include a detailed layout/route and the application fee($25 single day event/$35 multi-day event).
