PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / OSHKOSH CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE / UTILIZE OPERA HOUSE SQUARE & MARKET
STREET FOR THE LIVE AT LUNCH SERIES/JUNE 19 THROUGH
AUGUST 7, 2019 (WEDNESDAYS)
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce (Connie Carmical)to
utilize Opera House Square and Market Street, June 19 through August 7, 2019
(Wednesdays) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., for the Live at Lunch Series, in accordance
with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following
exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
Cost Estimates for Extraordinary Services
Streets Department
Staffing $124.72 (preliminary estimate includes 1 hr. of dedicated staff time for delivery/
pick up for barricades per week for 8 weeks)
Equipment/Vehicle Use $62.76 (preliminary estimate includes dedicated vehicle use for
delivery/pick up of barricades for 1 hr. per week for 8 weeks)
Supplies /Materials $220 (preliminary estimate includes use of barricades and signs for 8
weeks)
