Applicable Ordinance Provisions: Street dedication criteria is located in Section 30-441 of the City's Subdivision Regulations. This dedication was initiated by the Department of Public Works to provide right-of-way area needed as a result of the recent street reconstruction. The additional right-of-way will allow for adequate width for public sidewalk usage. The Department of Public Works noted that the signatures are needed from the property owners. ITEM II—Right-of-Way Dedication—Washington Ave RECOMMENDATION/CONDITIONS Staff recommends acceptance of the Washington Avenue right-of-way as proposed.
