1. The off-street parking lot is being expanded in excess of 50% of the existing
parking area, which requires the entire parking lot comply with the City's
parking lot landscaping standards. The parking lot is comprised of 720 linear
feet of parking lot perimeter, which requires 15 trees and 72 shrubs. Please
resubmit two (2) copies of an updated landscape plan, for review.
2. Per the submitted plan, no parking spaces are depicted in the new rear
asphalt area. This area may not be used for parking of any vehicles, trailers
or equipment, and may not be used for open storage of materials unless
enclosed by a minimum of a 6' tall solid fence.
REVIEW AUTHORITY
As per Section 30-5 Enforcement of the City Zoning Ordinance, the Director of Community Development, or designee, must
approve all plans, except the following: (1) Alterations or interior work when the use is conforming and when no change in
use is proposed. (2) Maintenance items, e.g. siding, windows, etc., when the use is conforming and when no change is
proposed.

Dear Allyn:
Please accept this letter as confirmation of Cham co's approval of the expansion plans of Tower
Mechanical, submitted by Richard Paulsen of Fluor Brothers Construction Company, as they
pertain to a new parking lot, storage facility and fenced area at their location on 20th Avenue in
our Southwest Industrial Park.
Our approval is contingent upon the following conditions:
. The parking lot will be paved as soon as weather permits in 2004
. The fence offers full screening and is understood to be a slotted cyclone fence
. Any access tö the proposed storage building and fenced in area will be paved as soon as
weather permits in 2004
. Upon completion, all future outdoor storage must be screened. Trailers for such use will
no longer be permitted.
I appreciate the fact that all parties are in a hurry to commence with this project. Our approval
has been unfortunately delayed due to an enormous number of additional time sensitive issues.
We apologize for this untimely response.

not already reviewed the parking lot expansion with the City of Oshkosh Planning Department, it will be necessary to
