lhe main structure and install 3 frost free piers.* Note: Reasonably safe access/exiting shall be maintained to the second floor units. If safe
passage cannot be afforded to the second floor, temporary/compliant stairs shall be provided to the second floor rescue platforms. This permit
also includes repair/reinforcement of rescue platforms.
