COMMENTS: 1. Driveways must comply with Access Control Ordinance requirements.
2. Transitional Yard (between building and Alley) to be landscaped with mix of trees &
shrubs.
3. Grass must be planted in all areas other than, sidewalk, drives, and building.
4. All curb cuts not used must be eliminated (any sidewalk/curbing removed will need to
be replaced in accordance with City of Oshkosh standards).
