COMM 81-86), the Electrical Code (ch.COMM 16) and any COMM code not specifically mentioned. This approval is not a Building Pennit. Necessary city pennits must be secured before commencing work. H & R Block meets the requirements for one exit, therefore emergency illumination is not required. Check Into Cash is required to have 2 exits, therefore it must comply with all emergency illumination requirements- Be advised, a $100.00 Plan Submittal fee is due. It will be collected from RJ Albright at Pennit issuance.
