WHEREAS, an application for a license has been made, fees deposited, and all legal
procedures have been taken as per Ordinance of the City of Oshkosh,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that the following licenses be granted:

Premises Description (Describe building or buildings where alcohol beverages are to be sold & stored. Rooms used for
the sale of, service, consumption, and/or storage of alcohol beverages and records. (Alcohol beverages may be sold and
stored only on the premises described):
Entire building and the sidewalk path to, and including, the dedicated "Carside ToGo" parking stalls for
fulfillment of carry -out orders of food and beverage, including packaged alcoholic beverages, beer
growlers filled and sealed from within the Premises, all delivered by Restaurant employees to customers
in their parked cars; liquor is stored in locked cabinet within the Premises interior. Food and beverage
served via "Carside ToGo" are prepared and assembled within the Premises by trained restaurant staff in
accordance with all applicable laws and in areas not accessible by the general public.

Conditions for Drive up Liquor Purchases:
• The pick-up area shall be described on the license application and shall be accompanied by a site plan
showing pick-up/parking locations; secure areas for storage of orders containing alcohol beverages;
entrances and exits and lighting
• Pick-up areas shall have adequate lighting to allow checking of Identification without the need for
flashlights or other additional illumination
• Pick up of orders must occur within the designated licensed area
• Alcohol pickup purchases shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
• Orders containing alcohol beverage products shall be labelled in a conspicuous manner to indicate that
they contain alcohol beverages; the method of labelling shall be identified with the application and are
subject to the approval of the Chief of Police or his/her designee; and any changes to the method of
labelling must be approved by the Chief of Police or his/her designee prior to implementation
• Orders containing alcohol beverages shall be kept in a secure area not accessible to the public, or attended
by an employee prior to pick up
• Purchase/Payment may not be completed until the purchaser is at the licensed premises and valid
identification has been presented and verified
• No alcohol sales are permitted if the purchaser does not have a valid photo identification
• The photo identification presented at the time of purchase/delivery must be the same individual who paid
for the order
• The purchaser and driver (if they are not the same person) must be 21 years of age or older §346.93 Wis.
Stats.
• Purchasing systems must allow the purchase of alcohol or tobacco to be denied/deleted without affecting
the remainder of the purchase
• There shall be no tasting or open intoxicants permitted within the pick-up area or parking lot.
