The Council may convene into Closed Session pursuant to sections 19.85(1)(g) and 19.85(1)(e) of
the Wisconsin State Statutes to confer with legal counsel who will give advice concerning strategy
to be adopted in relation to negotiation and/or litigation pertaining to new WDNR requirements
which may be applied to various redevelopment sites located in the City of Oshkosh including
1212 South Main Street, 108-116 Waugoo and other current and future development sites
