October 3, 2018
The Special Meeting of the Oshkosh Public Library Board of Trustees was held on October 3, 2018. The
meeting was called to order at 7:36 a.m. by Board Vice -President Bob Biebel. The meeting was held in
the Main Entry Foyer at the Oshkosh Public Library. Present were: Bob Biebel, Bill Bracken, Kristy
Bradish, Vickie Cartwright, and Kim Molitor. Others present were: Jeff Gilderson-Duwe, Library
Director; Kortney Jenks and James Rabe, City of Oshkosh employees.
Public Comments: None
Consent Agenda Items:
Meeting Minutes of the August 30, 2018 regular meeting, amended to include Amanda
Schroth, Leadership Oshkosh Adjunct Library Board Member.
Financial Reports:
• August 22, 2018 — September 20, 2018 Regular Vouchers Payable in the amount of
$324,698.14.
• August 22, 2018 — September 20, 2018 Special Vouchers Payable in the amount of
$12,006.89.
• September refunds Processed in the amount of $98.37.
Motion to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. Motion: Bradish; Second: Bracken; Vote:
Unanimous.
Motion to adjourn the Special Meeting at 7:40 a.m. Motion: Cartwright; Second: Molitor; Vote:
Unanimous.
