PURPOSE: APPROVE BLOCK PARTY/GERALD KARGUS/UTILIZE APPLE
COURT EAST OF ORCHARD COURT TO THE CUL-DE-SAC FOR
THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY/SEPTEMBER 15,2018
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Gerald Kargus to utilize Apple Court east of Orchard
Court to the cul-de-sac on Saturday, September 15,2018,from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.to hold
their neighborhood block party in accordance with the municipal code and the attached
application, with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
