HomeMy WebLinkAbout25. 18-456 AUGUST 28, 2018 18-456 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 5-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE BLOCK PARTY REQUEST / JOHN SCHEELK / UTILIZE OTTER AVENUE BETWEEN BROAD STREET AND BAY STREET TO HOLD THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY/ SEPTEMBER 9, 2018 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to John Scheelk to utilize Otter Avenue between Broad Street and Bay Street on Sunday, September 9, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to hold their neighborhood block party in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A.
