PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT/ANGLERS INSIGHT MARKETING
(AIM)/UTILIZE MILLERS SAY AND MENOMINEE PARK FOR
THE AIM WEEKEND WALLEYE SERIES/AUGUST 3 & 4, 2018
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to the Anglers Insight Marketing (Denny Fox) to utilize
Millers Say and Menominee Park near the Gazebo on Friday,August 3,2018 from 7:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. daily
awards) for the AIM Weekend Walleye Series in accordance with the municipal code and
the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.

W1,54902. All applications must include a detailed layout/route and the application fee($25 single day event/d35 multi-day event).
