Priorities for the Month:
■ Started holiday parade preparations
o Sponsorship letters sent out
■ Website- development&redesign; met with Candeo 3 times
o Sitemap complete
o Website wire frames started
■ EAA coupon booklet design& sent to print
o Distributed all booklets to lodging facilities
■ Start fall Wine Walk planning
■ Start Chalk Walk artist map
■ Change message on interchangeable sign
■ Featured gift card monthly merchant
■ Work with Stellar Blue on monthly social media calendar
■ Reconcile gift card account every Friday
■ Develop and send the monthly newsletter
■ Put all advertising medias in place for the month&invoiced businesses for
reimbursement
