(Plan Commission Recommends Approval) BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS The City of Oshkosh is requesting the dedication of approximately 2,447 square feet of right-of- way along the frontage of the City -owned vacant lot on the southeast end of Universal Street. This dedication was initiated by the Department of Public Works to provide a right-of-way area for a cul-de-sac bulb. The additional right-of-way will result in a 100' bulb, needed for a vehicle turn -around at the end of Universal Street, which ends at the outlet mall's property line. FISCAL IMPACT At this time no funds are being budgeted to construct the cul-de-sac bulb and the area is only being reserved for that purpose. RECOMMENDATION The Plan Commission recommended approval of the right-of-way dedication at its July 3, 2018 meeting. RECOMMENDATION/CONDITIONS Staff recommends acceptance of the Universal St. right-of-way as proposed. ITEM— Right -of -Way Dedication —Enterprise Dr & Universal St The Plan Commission approved of the right-of-way dedication as requested. The following is the Plan Commissions discussion on this item. Mr. Slusarek presented the item and reviewed the site and surrounding area.
