Applicable Ordinance Provisions: Street dedication criteria are located in Section 30-441 of the City's Subdivision Regulations. This dedication was initiated by the Department of Public Works to provide right-of-way area for a cul-de-sac bulb. The additional right-of-way will result in a 100'bulb,needed for a vehicle turn- around at the end of Universal Street, which ends at the outlet mall's property line. RECOMMENDATION/CONDITIONS Staff recommends acceptance of the Universal St.right-of-way as proposed.
