The first time you are scheduled to vend,you must br!6g a copy of this letter with you,and arrive at the entry point between 6:00 a.m.and
7:15 a.m. You will be given your admission card which will then need to be displayed on your dashboard anytime you enter or are at the
market. If you need an extra card for a second vehicle,or a replacement card,call us well in advance and again bring this letter with you.
The back of your admission card will have contact information for the Executive Directors/Managers(see the signature block below). Let
us know ASAP if you will be absent so we can allocate your space to someone else still on the fill-in list. You will only bwallowed one
unmmoused absence(no caU/nvshow). The second time you fail to show up without contacting us,you will most likely be removed as a
market vendor and your space permanently reassigned tomfiU-|ovendor. Call us|fyou are running late sowocan try

In the interest of safety and at the request of the Oshkosh Police Department we use a single vendor entry point. The ONLY way for vendors to

enter the market is to use the northbound, right-hand lane in the 400 block of Division St.to reach the Church Ave.entrance where you will turn right
otthe barricades. If you are coming from the north or west we strongly advise taking Jackson St.to High Ave.to Division St.so that you end up
driving north onDivision St. If you are driving south on Division St.,do NOT make a U-turn, but rather,enter the Oshkosh Recreation Department
(ORD)parking lot nnyour right and turn around hohead back north to the market entrance. The entry point will beopen from 8:OOum.bn7:3Oa.m.
and the exits will be closed at 7:45 a.m. Vendors arriving after 7:30 a.m. may not be allowed to enter. If you have not rented a space for your
vehicle you must unload itand move itbefore assembling your area. Vendors who donot have their vehicles out nfthe customer walkway by7:45
a.m. may bedismissed for the remainder ofthe season.

If you have questions on the date(s)or space assignment,immediately contact us by phone at(920)509-1830. Space numbers are painted on
the TOP of the curbmmd are|ocmtedmtthe edges cf your space; i.e.space 12runs from painted number 12k/painted number 13. For adetailed
location of your spaces, please check the market layout included with this letter and follow these instructions. After entering the market at Division
St. and Church Ave.. look toyour left and,descending from N21 hzN1.you will find your npaoe(s)N12.

After 12:30, and AFTER your area has been disassembled, you may bring your vehicle back to the entry point and retrace your route to your space.
After your vehicle is loaded you must leave the market area. You may NOT leave your vehicle parked within the market area. You will exit the
market byturning right onto NMain St,then right onto Algoma Blvd.
