MURDOCK AVENUE AND WHITE SWAN DRIVE TO HOLD THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY/JULY 21, 2018 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Holly Barnett to utilize Fairview Street between E. Murdock Avenue and White Swan Drive to hold their neighborhood block party on Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
