More particularly, I. Medalist Industries, Inc., as the licensor, and Oshkosh Wood Products, Corporation, as the licensee, entered into a License Agreement on December 17, 1975, with this document subsequently recorded with th# Winnebago County Register of Deeds on December 22, 1975, as Document Number 471892. A copy of this License Agreement is attached as Exhibit A. Pursuant to redevelopment area plans, fee title to the licensor real property subject to the License Agreement was acquired by the Parcel Identification Number (PIN) City of Oshkosh, all existing structures were removed, and the Redevelopment Area was reconfigured for redevelopment through Certified Survey Maps. 3. The Redevelopment Authority for the City of Oshkosh is the successor in interest to the licensor's real property, including that part of the licensor's property subject to the License Agreement, and more particularly: Lot Two (2) of Certified Survey Map Number 7150, recorded with the Winnebago County Register of Deeds on October 7, 2016, in Volume 1 of Certified Survey Maps on Page 7150, as Document Number 1724920; being a re -division of Lot Four (4) of Certified Survey Map 6553 in the Southeast /a of the Northeast V4 and the Northeast %a of the Southeast 'K of Section 23, To mbip.�h,RRawut. &s1 Wa.. By virtue of Wisconsin law which identifies a license as non-transferrable and personal to the parties, entering into license agreements, and with the License Agreement failing to contain language that would alter Wisconsin's well established law of property licenses, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh herein formally identifies itself as the successor in interest to property previously owned by the licensor and, as a result of such conveyance, the right of Oshkosh Wood Products Corporation to occupy and use a part of the RDA's property as described in the License Agreement December 17, 1975, and subsequently recorded with the Winnebago County Register of Deeds on December 22, 1975, as Document Number 471892 has been terminated, and is null and void of further effect. 5. This Termination and Notice is intended to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Venue for any action regarding this Agreement shall be the Winnebago County, Wisconsin, Circuit Q or, if federal court action, then the appropriate district and/or branch within which Winnebago County is located.
