PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT/TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH&
SCHOOL / UTILIZE MENOMINEE PARK FOR THE MAKE A
JOYFUL NOSIE EVENT/ SEPTEMBER 8 & 9, 2018
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Trinity Lutheran Church & School (Tim Herlihy) to
utilize Menominee Park on Saturday, September 8 through Sunday, September 9, 2018 for
the Make a Joyful Noise event (actual event times will be Saturday, September 8 from 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 9,from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)in accordance with
the municipal code and the attached application,with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
