HomeMy WebLinkAbout22. 18-225 APRIL 24, 2018 18-225 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 5-1P LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / THE PAMPURR'D PET / UTILIZE OPERA HOUSE SQUARE FOR THE OSHKOSH PETFEST/JUNE 9, 2018 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION WHEREAS, The Pampurr'd Pet, through their application, has requested to allow domesticated animals in the park; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to The Pampurr'd Pet (Kristi Meredith) to utilize Opera House Square from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday June 9,2018 for the Oshkosh Petfest in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. An exception to the provisions of 19-4(D) of the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code to allow dogs in the park with The Pampurr'd Pet taking responsibility to confirm current rabies vaccination as approved by the Winnebago County Health Department & Oshkosh Police Department. S. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
