If on the inspection the mechanicals are not roughed in, the inspection will fail and a $100 re-inspection fee will b~ ~hkrged. 14. Attached is a copy of the final inspection checklist. At the final inspection all items on this list must be completed to avoid the $100 re-inspection fee per inspection. 15. When requesting final inspections please n6te that a minimum of 2 days notice is needed from the time the inspection is ready. Furniture is only allowed to be placed in the center of the garage floor and a minimum of a 3' pathway must be provided around the walls of the garage. At the final inspection no furniture or personal belongings are allowed in the house. Appliances such as the stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer are not to be set in place due to the electrical inspector needing to look at the power serving the appliances. A 6' stepladder must be on site at the final inspection to provide access to the attic. 16. occupancy is approved. Occupancy is not allowed prior to the placard having all of the final inspection approved stickers on the backside.
