HomeMy WebLinkAbout28. 18-170 MARCH 27, 2018 18-170 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 6-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / RICH'S BARBERSHOP LLC / UTILIZE MENOMINEE PARK REETZ DIAMONDS FOR RICH'S BARBERSHOP PARTY IN THE PARK/AUGUST 5, 2018 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Rich's Barbershop LLC (Richard Mitchell) to utilize Menominee Park Reetz Diamonds on Sunday,August 5,2018,from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for Rich's Barbershop Party in the Park event in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
