(Karlene Leatherman) to utilize the 400 & 500 blocks of Main Street& 100 block of Church Avenue, Saturdays, starting June 2 through October 27, 2018 from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the Oshkosh Saturday Farmer's Market, in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. An exception to the provisions of section 6-6 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code is granted to allow animals on July 14, 2018 (petting zoo). B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
