PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; APPROVE FINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT- 521 W. 16TH AVENUE INITIATED BY: ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved w/conditions BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a conditional use permit for a planned residential development for construction of a 16 unit apartment building for the eldedy and/or disabled, per the attached "Exhibit A", is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1) 2) That all applicable state and local building permits be obtained prior to any improvement work commencing. Base standard modifications be allowed for a 16' and a 20' foot setback of the structure and parking lot be allowed as indicated for the area B and C on the attached site plan. The modification to allow the parking lot to be setback closer to the east property line to create the 24' of maneuverability behind the parking spaces shall be tapered back to the compliant 25' for the area where there is no uncovered parking spaces to the west. 3) 4) No other base standard modifications be allowed and the site plan be revised and submitted in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
