The smoke detectors are required to be hardwired and interconnected. Hydromassage tubs are required to have an access panel to motor. The access panel must be accessible without removing the finish of the house. All overframing must be designed by the tress manufacturer, according to standards set by the h~ass plate institute, or structural calculations must be provided prior to the rough building mspection. Truss plans must be submitted and approved prior to framing the roof. Truss plans including the tress layout must be provided on site at the rough building inspection. In addition to the truss plans, microlam calculations must be provided on site at the rough building inspection for all microlams with point lbadS on them.
