PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT/OSHKOSH YACHT CLUB/UTILIZE
MENOMINEE PARK FOR THE OSHKOSH YACHT CLUB'S 2018
NATIONAL E SCOW REGATTA/ SEPTEMBER 6-9, 2018
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Oshkosh Yacht Club (Bill Wyman) to utilize
Menominee Park (Millers Bay) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily Thursday, September 6,
through Sunday, September 9, 2018 for the Oshkosh Yacht Club's 2018 National E Scow
Regatta, in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the
following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
