PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT/BATTLE ON SAGO FOUNDATION/
UTILIZE MENOMINEE PARK & MILLERS BAY BOAT LAUNCH
PARKING LOT FOR THE BATTLE ON SAGO ICE FISHING EVENT/
FEBRUARY 23 & 24, 2018
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Battle on Sago Foundation (Glenn Curran) to utilize
Menominee Park Millers Bay Boat Launch Parking Lot from Tuesday, February 20, 2018,
8:00 a.m. through Sunday,February 25,2018, 8:00 p.m. (event times are Friday,February 23
from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday, February 24 from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)for the
Battle on Sago Ice Fishing event, in accordance with the municipal code and the attached
application, with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
