HomeMy WebLinkAbout09. 18-06 JANUARY 9, 2018 18-06 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 6-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / OTTER STREET FISHING CLUB / UTILIZE MENOMINEE PARK & MILLERS BAY BOAT LAUNCH PARKING LOT FOR THE OTTER STREET WINTER FISHEREE / JANUARY 31 THROUGH FEBRUARY 3, 2018 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Otter Street Fishing Club (Terry Wohler) to utilize the Menominee Park Millers Bay and boat launch parking lot on Wednesday,January 31,2018 from 8:00 a.m. through Saturday, February 3, 2018, 8:00 p.m. (event times being Friday, February 2,2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday,February 3,2018 from 9:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m.) for the Otter Street Winter Fisheree in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
