The Strategic Plan is being developed through the City of Oshkosh Planning Services Division with support and input from the Public Arts and Beautification Committee. We are seeking public input regarding a variety of arts and cultural amenities in the City of Oshkosh. 1. What is your connection to the City of Oshkosh?
