Lori
Palmeri
Jim welcomed input regarding non-citizens serving on city Boards.
Mary Murken said non-citizens could own businesses in the city and
therefore want to be involved making decisions that could impact their
business.
Lori Palmeri suggested limiting the number of non-residents to a certain
percentage so that the majority of Board members are residents of the
city.

Jim Collins told the Board that the locates for the sign posts were
finished and most of those posts were in. He went on to say that some
of the posts need to be drilled into the concrete and these would need
to be coordinated with the Street Department. He said that most signs
would be installed by the end of the year. He said the signs are up 7
feet so pedestrians can walk underneath.
Jay Ratchman suggested directing out of town shoppers to parking in
the back of the store.
Lori Palmeri’s suggestion was to register the parking areas in GPS apps
such as Google Maps.
