PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT/CHRISTINE ANN DOMESTIC ABUSE
SERVICES INC/UTILIZE MENOMINEE PARK AND CITY STREETS
FOR THE RACE FOR THE LIGHT WALK - RUN / DECEMBER 2,
2017
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services, Inc. (Tom
Pech,JR.) to utilize the city streets (Broad Street,Washington Avenue,Linde Street,through
Menominee Park, Hazel Street, Irving Avenue) on Saturday, December 2, 2017, from 4:30
p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the Race for the Light Walk-Run in accordance with the municipal
code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
