Gentlemen:
Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for the
abovementioned project has been completed.
In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statutes, and ILHR 81 through 85,
Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are
approved contingent upon compliance with the stipulation noted below:
1) ILHR 82.35 Clean-outs(Branches)
2) ILHR 82.31 Island venting
3) ILHR 82.31 Circuit venting
4) ILHR 82.31 Combination drain/venting(Stacks)
5) ILHR 82.31 Horizontal separation at base of stack
6) ILHR 82.35 Clean-outs(Horizontal drains)
7) ILHR 82.31 Vent stacks/Stack vents
8) ILHR 82.41 Cross connection control
The architect, professional engineer, registered designer, owner or
plumbing contractor shall keep, at the construction site, one set of
plans bearing the stamp of approval along with a copy of this letter.
In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced
within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new
application accompanied by full examination fee shall be filed and an
updated received before work may commence. �

In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does
not hold itself liable for any defects in plans of specification, plan
omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may
result in or after installation and reserves the right to order changes
or additions should conditions arise making this necessary.
It shall be necessary for installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit
from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of
this plumbing system or any of its parts.
