(+$25,276.14) BACKGROUND Change Order No. 1 for Contract 16-01 Re -Bid North Main Street Area Wet Detention Basin is scheduled for consideration by the Common Council at the September 12, 2017 meeting. The contract was originally awarded to RC Excavating, Inc. in April of 2016. This change order is for additional services provided. ANALYSIS Following is a summary of the significant changes to each section of the Capital Improvements Program (CIP): Storm Sewer — Final quantities were adjusted to match field conditions; and due to requiring more clay than originally anticipated, clay was hauled and transported from the stockpile at the Southwest Industrial Park.
