Connc�ctirn of roof le�3ers to sanitazy sewers is in violatio� of 4�scc�nsin ad�ranistrative code, cha�ure H62. "H62.04(8) (c) - Storn� and clear water ccannectic�ns, roof ccxlductcrs, surface drai.ns, grc,urx3 water drains, foundatirn footing, refrig- eratar coaling water, stca�n water drairLs, dri�.nking fourttains, air cazditianing and other clear water drains not described herein shall, whenever possilal.e, di�cha�3e to starn� drains or seaPrs, but they shal l not be discharr�ed to sanitaYy building drains c� ssaers.
