HomeMy WebLinkAbout22. 17-426 AUGUST 22, 2017 17-426 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / UW OSHKOSH / UTILIZE CITY STREETS FOR THE TOUR de TITAN /OCTOBER 7, 2017 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to UW Oshkosh(Christine Gantner) to utilize city streets: Summit Avenue,Arboretum Drive,River Mill Road,Oshkosh Avenue,Koeller Street,Taft Avenue, Westfield Street, &Josslyn Street on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for the Tour de Titan bike ride in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.
