CONSIDERATION: The City/RDA will purchase the property known as 710 South Main Street from Recreation Lanes,
(Michael R. Putzer and David Putzer), for the amount of$199,000.00. The City/RDA will pay
$66,333.34 to Recreation Lanes (Michael R, Putzer and David Putzer) at the time of conveyance,
$66,333.33 no later than January 31,2018 and the remaining$66,333.33 on or before January 31,
2019.
PROMISE TO PAY: The City/RDA promises to pay the sum of$132,666.66 to Recreation Lanes(Michael R.Putzer and
David J.Putzer)in installments as noted above with the final payment made no later than January 31,
2019. Each payment will be split equally between Michael R.Putzer and David Putzer,and submitted
to each at the addresses identified herein. This promise to pay will be secured with a mortgage
on the property identified in this document.
INTEREST/FEES: Interest will be accrued at a rate of ZERO percent(0%). No fees or charges will accrue.
PROPERTY: The City/RDA grants a mortgage to Michael Putzer and David J.Putzer securing its promise to pay
to Michael R.Putzer and David J.Putzer on the property subject to this agreement,which is a tract
of land situated in the City of Oshkosh,Winnebago County,Wisconsin,and more

considered waste,or violation of this agreement or of the mortgagee's statutory or other right.
MODIFICATIONS: Any change or modification of this agreement must be in writing and signed by all parties signing
this original agreement.
NOTICES: All notices must be sent or copied to all parties identified above.
