CONSIDERATION: The City/RDA will purchase the property known as 716 South Main Street from Michael Putzer anc
David Putzer,for the amount of$60,000.00. The City/RDA will pay$20,000.00 to Michael Putzel
and David Putzer at the time of conveyance, $20,000.00 no later than January 31, 2017 and th(
remaining$20,000.00 on or before January 31,2018.
PROMISE TO PAY: The City/RDA promises to pay the sum of$40,000.00 to Michael Putzer and David J.Putzer
in installments as noted above with the final payment made no later than January 31,2018.
Each payment will be split equally between Michael Putzer and David Putzer,and submitted to
each at the addresses identified herein. This promise to pay will be secured with a mortgage
on the property identified in this document.
INTERESTNEES: Interest will be accrued at a rate of ZERO percent(0%). No fees or charges will accrue,
PROPERTY: The City/RDA grants a mortgage to Michael Putzer and David J,Putzer securing its promise to pa3

of land situated in the City of Oshkosh,Winnebago County,Wisconsin,and more
specifically described as follows:

IMPROVEMENTS: The City/RDA will be razing the improvements on the property. Therefore,neither the City's/
RDA's failure to maintain the property,or its actual razing of structures on the property,shall be
considered waste,or violation of this agreement or of the mortgagee's statutory or other right.
MODIFICATIONS: Any change or modification of this agreement must be in writing and signed by all parties signing
this original agreement.
NOTICES: All notices must be sent or copied to all parties identified above.
