SINGLE PROPERTY LANDMARK DESIGNATION NOMINATION
Pursuant to Section 30-447 (F) of the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code, an owner of an individual
property may initiate the Landmark designation process. Persons nominating properties for
Landmark status are advised to thoroughly review the Ordinance provisions that apply to
Landmarked properties prior to submitting a nomination.

Briefly describe the property being nominated on an attached sheet. Include the name of the
architect or builder, date of construction, if known, architectural style, etc. Explain what you
know about the history of the property and provide supporting documentation.

Landmark designation;
