This may require remodeling the entire slruclure to comply with code requirements such as the following: • Fire blocking • Installation of Headers • Insulation • Fire separation Requirements • Draft stopping • Electrical, Plumbing, Heating Updates • Smoke Detection • Parking Regulations • Code Compliant Exiting (interior and exterior stairways) I am also awaze that if the two-family use of the property discontinues, the two-family use may never be reestablished again due to Zoning Regulatio�s including the following: • Minimum Lot Standazds per the Zoning Ordi�ance, Chapter 30 o Width:60'minimum o Depttc ]00' minimum o Area: 7,200 square feet minimum There may be additional code requirements that would be required when conveRing back to a two- family use.
