Risk-reduction options will be identified for critical assets and asset groups having unacceptable risk levels. Those options will be evaluated for incorporation into City capital improvement plans or into operation and maintenance (O&M) protocols. The processes developed will give the City an easy-to-maintain approach to asset management (AM), Projerf l[lD ct ?~[~' ~°^=' ' To involve City personnel efficiently, the project approach includes several focused workshops designed hmincorporate the City's knowledge, data, and insights into eaoy-to-use, customized asset management tools.
