GENERAL PURPOSE RIDER
To be attached to and form part of Bond Number CCC#929620102 &
LMIC#013127268 issued by the Continental Casualty Company & Liberty Mutual
Insurance Company as Sureties, on behalf of Michels Foundations, Division of
Michels Corporation hereinafter referred to as the Principal, and in favor of The City
of Oshkosh, Wisconsin hereinafter referred to as the Obligee.
Now, Therefore, it is agreed that:
Amending the contract amount to $2,577,970.75 in lieu of$1,164,770.75
It is further agreed that all other terms and conditions of this bond shall remain
unchanged.
This rider is to be effective the 20th day of May, 2016
