The following outlines our understanding of this project, menu of specific tasks with specific scope of work, and proposed schedule. PROJECT UNDERSTANDING Walker Parking recently completed a comprehensive review of the City of Oshkosh downtown parking assets and programs.Specific to this review, Walker evaluated public and private parking inventory to determine adequacy for current parking demand and future parking demand conditions. With next steps in mind, the City has asked Walker Parking Consultants to assist with the design, implementation, and marketing of parking policies specific to both on-street and off-street program development. Prior to any consideration for a paid parking initiative, the City has prioritized the need to realign parking areas in order to batter serve the short and long term parking needs of employees, merchants and visitors of downtown Oshkosh.
