Res 17-329 A resolution determining to issue $[9,720,000] aggregate principal amount of Storm Water Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2017E, of the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in such amount providing details, prescribing the form of bond, awarding the bonds to the best bidder & providing for the payment of said bonds & covenants with respect thereto 34.
