Priorities for the Month:
Updated flow chart & committee members
Holiday Parade sponsorship package options completed & sponsorship letter
Change message on interchangeable sign
Informational BID video (June) & tourism video (Aug) still in progress
unWINEd survey sent out to participating merchants
Featured gift card monthly merchant
Punch cards distributed to 20 participating businesses
Send out EAA info & start coupon booklets
Working with Stellar Blue on monthly social media calendar
Chalk Walk promo pieces printed & distributed
Continuous website updates
o Added sponsorship page
Block captain materials completed-to be distributed by July
Reconcile gift card account every Friday
Develop and send the monthly newsletter
Put all advertising medias in place for the month & invoiced businesses for
reimbursement

Marketing Consortium
Put together the monthly agenda
Sent out prior minutes and agenda
Attended monthly meeting
Attended chalk walk meeting
o Assisting with advertising pieces; billboard, banners & social media
o Sent out email to past participants
Beautification
MaryKaye finished flower pot plantings
o Ordered small signs for some of the pots to deter stealing
The Ground Guys bump out trial and additional project completed
o Watering started last week in May
Summer banners up until before Labor Day

Held monthly meeting
Working on sponsorship form and sponsorship letter
Had meeting with Sgt. Stenson, Kathy Snell, & committee members for logistics
of parade
Starting to coordinate meetings with potential sponsors
Recruitment Fund Grant & Retention Grant
Held RFG meeting
Met with 3 other potential RFG applicants
1 pending application for the RFG; meeting TBD

Listened to teleconference on WI-BIDs through UW-Extension
Attended Oshkosh Chamber Econ & Development Advisory Council meeting
Attended parking committee meeting
Table to promote downtown at Live at Lunch
Marketing & Member Relations Committee to start meeting in August
