Excused: Amy Weinsheim, Oshkosh Area School District, Mark Harris, Winnebago County. Staff: Jackson Kinney, Director of Community Development, Darryn Burich, Director of Planning Services. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 am by Chairman Pung. Mr. Burich discussed the proposed project plan and boundaries for TID # 21. Mr. Wollangk inquired as to whether or not the boundaries of the district were set up with regard to future additions to the district in the Lamico and Boat Works area. Mr. Kinney stated that expansions into the Lamico and Mercury Marine area were possible but not in the Boat Works area because that is already in TID # 20. Mr. Rickman inquired as to the status of the Five Rivers project. Mr. Kinney stated that negotiations are continuing and that while the project plan discusses the Five Rivers project, any river corridor redevelopment will require acquisition of the Mercury Marine, Plant 24 property, and that this needs to occur irrespective of Five Rivers moving forward as there are other parties interested in developing the Five Rivers project area. Motion by Mr. Rickman and second by R. Wollangk to approve the TID #21 Project Plan and boundaries. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Wollangk and second by Mr. Rickman to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 am. Respectfully Submitted, Darryn Burich Director of Planning Services Recording Secretary 26
