TID # 21 Fox River Corridor Project
MEETING MINUTES
January 17, 2006
8:00 AM, Department of Community Development Conference Room, City Hall
Present: Gerald Rickman, Fox Valley Technical College; Richard Wollangk, City of Oshkosh; Mark
Harris, Winnebago County, Robert Pung, Public Member.
Staff: Jackson Kinney, Director of Community Development, Darryn Burich, Director of Planning
Services.
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 am by Darryn Burich.
Mr. Burich provided a brief description of the organization and functions of the Joint Review Board (JRB).
Motion by G. Rickman and second by R. Wollangk to designated R. Pung as public member of the JRB. Motion
carried unanimously.
Motion by R. Wollangk and second by G. Rickman to designate R. Pung as chair. Motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Burich and Mr. Kinney briefly went over the proposed project plan and schedule for adoption.
A subsequent meeting was scheduled for February 15, 2006 to consider approval of TID # 21.
Motion by R. Wollangk and second by G. Rickman to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
