ON 7HE WAtEH � JACKSON R.KINNEY Director t February 11, 1999 . � � Kevin Stini � 2135 North Whitney Drive Appleton, Wisconsin 54914 RE: 825 North Washburn Street Dear Mr. Stini: - On February 10, 1999,the City of Oshkosh Board of Appeals approved a variance for the above referenced property to allow for a 20' fence on a lot line with the condition that if the property to the north is developed according to the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and the valley ball courts and �� t the fence are seen as being detrimental to the development, the courts and the fence will be brought into compliance with the standards of the Zoning Ordinance. The decision of the Board was filed in the Planning Services O�ce of the Department of Community Development on February 11, 1999. Per Section 30-6(C)(3) and(4)of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, your variance will expire on August 10, 1999 unless you have obtained a permit for the ° activity allowed by the variance. If you fail to get a permit by this date,you must reapply for a variance if you intend to go ahead with the activity allowed by the variance. If you have not obtained a permit for 4 the 6' fence,please do so as soon as possible. � � Building permits may be applied for from the Inspection Services Division in Room 205 at the Oshkosh City Hall between 7:30 - 8:30 AM and 12:30 - 1:30 PM, Monday thru Friday, or call (920)236-5050 for an appointment.
